The event took place at the Atlanta, Georgia World Congress Center.
The Georgia World Congress Center is located next to the Georgia Dome, home of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons.
The show attracted more than 20,000 convenience store retailers, distributors and owners.
Hundreds of exhibits stood side-by-side on the two main exhibit floors.
Dozens of attendees visited the Interstate Brands Corp. booth where IndyCar racer Danica Patrick signed autographs.
NACS keynote speakers included former football great Archie Manning and Karl Rove, President George W. Bush's former senior advisor and deputy chief of staff. Both spoke in the Congress Center's Murphy Ballroom.
