The SI-38: An ultra-slim design, book-size player powered by AMD’s new “eTrinity” generation, R-Series Quad-Core Fusion Accelerated Processing Units. The new R-Series APU allows SI-38 to serve as a small-form-factor, long-battery-life digital signage player that is still enabling powerful graphic performances in many different applications. 

The SI-38 is featuring 384 Cores DirectX® 11 GPU in Processor with lower power consuming. The Diecast Aluminum Thermal Frame Chassis design dissipates heat faster. SI-38 is only 1-inch thick, provides the best rear-capacity usage reduction. 

As an award winning “Signature Book™” tradition, SI-38 carries a segregated flow ventilation system that prevents the accumulation of contaminants on the electronics. The dual redundant Maglev fans performs 24/7 operation over extended durations reliably. 

The system can be wall mounted or used as a desktop system. Gigabit Ethernet and (optional) WiFi / TV Tuner connections are available. Dual USB 3.0 ports, analog audio and an RS-232 interfaces round out the I/O set. The DDR3-1600 system memory can be expanded up to 8GB and a removable external 2.5” HDD drive bay. The ultra slim 10.6” (W) x 7” (D) x 1” (H) chassis enhances reliability and enables the unit to disappear into tight spaces behind a wall mounted display.
