Versatile Announces Strategic Alliance with GuestAssist Alliance to target professional sports leagues in North America

Mechanicsburg, PA January 31, 2011 – Versatile Systems Inc., today announced a strategic alliance with GuestAssist to provide an integrated text messaging and incident tracking version of SyncSeer’s™ Venue Management solution.

GuestAssist – the industry leader in real-time, two-way, enterprise-to-customer communications – is partnering with Versatile on a new venue management service that will make it easier for organizations in the stadium, arena, public facility and hospitality markets to communicate with event-goers during security/safety emergencies. GuestAssist is currently used by teams and venues in every major sporting league in North America, including the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, NHL, NCAA and CFL.
