Kiosk and digital signage designer and manufacturer Zivelo has hired Phil Vaney as its chief operating officer and moved to a new 13,000-square-foot facility in the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
The new office will serve as Zivelo's operations headquarters and also provide design studio and showroom space. It will be open to the public by appointment only.
Vaney is a technology operations executive with experience in product development, manufacturing and supply chain strategies. Before moving to Zivelo, he worked at DAP Technologies and Intel.
Zivelo was founded in 2008 in Marion, Indiana, where it continues to manufacture its terminals in a 250,000-square foot facility. The company has boutique and showroom locations in Los Angeles, Denver and Philadelphia, and more than 100 certified resellers and distributors globally.
Zivelo says its client base has grown to companies in more than 40 market sectors, including retail, healthcare and hospitality, including Fortune 100 companies, branches of the U.S. government, Coca-Cola, Cisco, Hilton, CVS, NASA and the U.S. Army.
In 2013, Zivelo was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the top three fastest growing computer hardware companies. The company was also honored as one of the six fastest growing tech companies by Forbes in 2012.
