NanoLumens partners with Society for Experiential Graphic Design

NanoLumens, the designer and manufacturer of flat, curved and round LED displays, today announced that it had become a Silver-level Industry Partner of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design. According to Nathan Remmes, NanoLumens Director of Business Development, NanoLumens is becoming involved with a number of the association's initiatives, including the sponsorship of SEGD's annual awards program.

"Increasingly, communications, in all of its various public expressions, is becoming an environmental and experiential medium, and the work being done by SEGD is helping to ensure that the integration of communication in the environment is done in a socially and aesthetically responsible way," Remmes said in the announcement. "We at NanoLumens are proud to support SEGD's programs."

SEGD CEO Clive Roux said that "SEGD would like to thank NanoLumens for becoming one of our inaugural Industry Partners. The Industry Partner program is a yearlong financial commitment by firms who support SEGD. Their commitment will have a tremendous impact on advancements in the field enhancing industry education, publications and events."

Based in Washington, D.C., the SEGD is an association made up of nearly 1,400 members from 20 countries who work in the planning, design, fabrication and implementation of communications in the built environment that connect people to place. The membership consists of graphic and information designers, fabricators, architects, exhibition designers, technology integrators, interaction designers, brand strategists, students, wayfinding specialists, teachers and others who have a hand in shaping content-rich, experiential spaces, the announcement said.
