Horizon Display has partnered with USSI, a nation-wide installation company with digital signage experience, to make them their Authorized Service Provider. USSI offers service coverage across the country with more than 400 offices each with anywhere from three to nine installers per office.
Through the partnership, Horizon can offer its customers 24/7 hardware support in addition to on-line and phone-in technical support. In addition to post-purchase maintenance, the agreement calls for design and implementation services of Horizon's large touchscreen displays. Horizon will continue to conduct repair on its touchscreens, while USSI will be responsible for repair of all OEM display products.
Last month Horizon Display signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, and is now a vendor in Ingram's Digital Signage Division. Ingram and USSI have a previous and long-standing business relationship.
