The CEO of in-store media specialists Mood Media will be featured on the Emmy Award-winning CBS series "Undercover Boss" on Friday, Jan. 4 at 8 p.m. eastern, according to an announcement from the company.

In the episode, disguised CEO Lorne Abony worked hand-in-hand with employees of the global experience design company who provide the company's front-line services.

"This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with 'Undercover Boss' enabled me to interact and connect with our dedicated employees in the field," Abony said. "I was truly impressed with the commitment that our people have to Mood Media, their coworkers and our valued clients."

Mood provides a range of solutions — including music, digital signage, messaging, social/mobile applications, location-based services and scent marketing — to retail stores, hotels, restaurants and businesses of all sizes around the globe.

Each week, "Undercover Boss" follows a different executive as they leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their companies. While working alongside their employees, they see the effects that their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organizations, and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their companies run.
