3D digital signage goes to the museum

Magnetic 3D, a  global provider of autostereoscopic "glasses-free" 3D displays and digital signage solutions, announced it is exhibiting its next-generation glasses-free 3D solutions at the 106th American Association of Museums Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo in Minneapolis-Saint Paul. Exhibiting with global IT solutions distributor Avnet Technology Solutions, Magnetic 3D said it is showcasing digital signage solutions and demonstrating how its glasses-free 3D content can be utilized in technologically-advanced museums of the 21st century.

The AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo, a trade show for museum professionals, is focused on meeting museums' needs of tomorrow.

"Glasses-free 3D offers museums and science centers an opportunity to remain at the technology forefront by delivering a mesmerizing experience that goes beyond what patrons have become accustomed to at home and on their mobile devices," said Michael Dorin, Magnetic 3D's vice president of business development and operations, in the announcement.
