At the recent Fast Casual Executive Summit in Chicago, sponsored by DST sister site FastCasual.com, Allure Global Solutions executive Rodrick Glass talks with FCC about digital menu boards and return on investment, or ROI.
Glass said that helping restaurants and chains save money by improving operational efficiencies with menu boards can be just as useful as showing them how they can make more money with the new menu displays. When digital signage companies can demonstrate hard numbers for the value of digital menu boards, the floodgates should open for a mass migration to them, he said.
