Fast casual chain activates mobile with DMBs (Video)

Boloco, a regional fast casual burrito chain on the eastern seaboard, is using digital signage menu boards to activate a more interactive experience with its customers via smartphones.

The interactive solution from digital signage provider ComQi is intended to reduce perceived wait times in the restaurant, while also harvesting consumer data via mobile interactions and enouraging loyalty program participation.

ComQi showcased the digital menu board solution it engineered for Boloco at a recent Customer Engagement Technology World trade show in New York City. Watch ComQi's Stuart Armstrong, the company's president for the Americas, demonstrate the solution in the video below:
