To entice demanding business travelers with a new luxury flying experience, Korean Air has touched down on Madison Avenue with an immersive, interactive video wall experience showcasing the airline's personalized approach to air travel, according to a release from video wall designer Pearl Media.

The campaign will run for one month starting in December to showcase its personalized approach on flights to Seoul, Prague, Dubai and Bali.

The video wall was designed by Pearl Media and installed at 335 Madison Ave. (at 43rd Street); it invites travelers to enter into the Korean Air experience by choosing a destination, stepping through a doorway and entering a scene in their selected city. Once "aboard," they'll be prompted to take a photo of themselves in the scene that can be shared on social media. A sweepstakes is part of the promotion; nine winners will be chosen at random to receive a $500 Korean Air voucher.

The area receives heavy foot traffic, including passengers heading to and from Grand Central Station. "Breaking demanding business travelers out of their familiar patterns is an ongoing challenge for airlines, and this Korean Air experience is intended to be a market disrupter to encourage travelers to consider Korean Air," Pearl Media CEO Josh Cohen said in the release.
