Livewire Digital announced the release of Version 2.0 of its integrated marketing solution for digital signage, kiosk and mobile applications that the company said customizes interactions with consumers.
The eConcierge Content Management System combines marketing and IT to connect, engage and influence the intended audience, according to a company news release. The system offers the capability to capture consumer data and provides the opportunity to automate future conversations that are customized to a consumer.
"Using an integrated marketing solution helps differentiate your company from your competitors because it allows you to have meaningful interactions with your customers throughout their customer cycle," Livewire CEO David McCracken said in the announcement.
