CradlePoint, a global provider of cloud-managed, 4G networking solutions for the distributed enterprise, has been named to Connected World Magazine's 2014 CW 100, a listing of the top 100 companies that are "demonstrating significant market traction and pursuing game-changing technologies in connectivity," the company recently announced. The companies on the CW 100 have established the top products, services and commitment to enable connectivity, the company said.
"In an emerging 3G and 4G marketplace, few companies have been able to deliver a scalable and secure platform as well as CradlePoint," Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Connected World magazine, said in the announcement. "Its distributed enterprise success is already apparent in such markets as retail and transportation, just to name a couple."
CradlePoint's turnkey, cloud-managed networking solutions are used by distributed enterprises for a wide list of applications, including business/network continuity, isolated or parallel networks, primary edge routing, digital signage, surveillance, kiosks, vehicles and more, the company said. CradlePoint solutions integrate into converged network infrastructures, providing customers secure data transfer, network management and operation of customer-facing applications, all from a central location.
"At CradlePoint, we're not satisfied until our solutions are delivering the highest performance and most reliable 3G/4G connectivity managed through the cloud. Inclusion on Connected World's CW 100 is verification that our solutions do just that," George Mulhern, CEO and chairman of the board for CradlePoint, said in the announcement. "We are very pleased to be recognized for our innovation, which is the result of working closely with our customers and partners to provide them with the solutions they need to enable their enterprise and M2M applications."
