Digital signage hardware provider NEXCOM announced that its NDiS B322 digital signage player is certified for the digital signage software QL Player developed by software provider Navori. The QL Player offers broadcast TV-quality playback on multiple screens driven by the thin client platform, the announcement said.
NEXCOM's NDiS B322 combined with the Navori QL Player supports pre-scheduled or triggered on-demand content for a broad range of market applications, the company said. In addition, QL Player supports a wide range of media formats, such as Flash, video, audio, streaming, images, HTML and PowerPoint, for Windows and Android operating systems. QL Player has been deployed in more than 80 countries in quick-service restaurant chains, hotels, malls, banks, universities and airports and more, according to the announcement.
The NDiS B322 is powered by the Intel Celeron Processor 847 integrated with Intel HD graphics and supports up to 8GB system memory. Supporting a wide variety operating systems, the B322 drives two displays via HDMI and VGA ports without needing a separate graphics card, and incorporates USB 3.0 for fast content updates and system upgrades, the company said.
