SIS Digital announced it has been chosen by Clear Channel to design, construct and maintain a large-format digital signage screen at the site of a former London power station.
This latest partnership with the advertising giant at Brentham Power Station comes on the back of SIS being chosen to install a large-format double-sided digital tower on London's Cromwell Road, one of the busiest in the capital.
The sign, which will stand next to the A40 trunk road in London, will measure 5.376 meters (just under 18 feet) by 6 meters (just more than 19.5 feet), with an Impact 12 screen by Lighthouse Technologies.
The company provides full turnkey services to media companies, shopping centers and retailers looking to join the digital signage revolution, the announcement said.
SIS Digital said it not only designs the structures, but also fabricates the steel, purchases the screens and undertakes the maintenance and servicing.
"Our solution is both cost and time effective and means the client can concentrate on what it does best, connecting advertisers with audiences," SIS Digital CEO Simon Grice said in the announcement.
Work on the new Brentham Power Station digital sign — which the company said will be seen by tens of thousands of commuters every day — is due to start later this month and will be completed by the autumn, according to the announcement.
