Exceptional 3D today announced that it is featuring its autostereoscopic 3D display technology and digital signage solutions at this week's InfoComm 2013 in Orlando, Fla.
The company said its 3D digital signage solution will demonstrate the capability to play both 3D content and legacy 2D content in sequence or at the same time through content management software on a 55-inch glasses-free 3D display at the Exceptional 3D booth.
Glasses-free 3D digital signage display manufacturer Exceptional 3D said in the announcement that it has pushed mass adoption with industry partners such as Ingram Micro Inc. and NEC Display Solutions. The company said its solutions have been deployed to a wide variety of emerging digital signage mediums including advertising, marketing, retail, QSR, casino gaming, point of sale and digital out-of-home.
"We're really excited to be showing at this year's InfoComm event," Exceptional 3D CEO Michael Egan said in the announcement. "We always look forward to the event because we feel right at home [at InfoComm] with our 3D technology, and being surrounded by so much innovation is the right place for our glasses-free 3D solutions ... We will be showing our latest, leading glasses-free 3D products and checking out the newest technology advancements. It's a nice opportunity to gather feedback, and in turn, take that feedback to advance our 3D products."
