The Burlington Sports Hall of Fame in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, is taking a stab at improving their visitors' experience by installing a touchscreen digital signage display in their downtown Burlington location, according to a recent announcement from the Hall's deployment partner, ADFLOW Networks.
The new interactive display powered by ADFLOW provides visitors and local residents a glimpse into the inspiring stories of local sports heroes such as cancer survivor and international dragon boat competitor Kathy Levy and Bernie Custis, who was the Canadian Football League's first black quarterback in 1951, the announcement said.
In speaking about the goals for the new digital signage display, committee chair Bryce Leggatt said, "we wanted a display that is both attractive and engaging for viewers and easy for committee members to keep up to date. Over time, sports halls of fame have a way of filling up. We wanted to ensure that we have limitless space to share our content."
