Embedded platform and integration services provider Advantech has collaborated with Klocktornet AB on making Advantech's advanced graphics digital signage media player, ARK-DS262, compatible with DISE digital signage software.
DISE has successfully certified the ARK-DS262, a compact (200 x 119 x 30 mm), Intel Open Pluggable Specification-compliant digital signage platform. The ARK-DS262 is powered by a third-generation Intel Core i7/i3 with built-in graphics, which enables it to generate compelling video and 3D animation, Advantech said. ARK-DS262's flexible I/O provides a wide selection of data communications, and the DISE software and Advantech’s ARK-DS262 media player provide an ideal platform not only for digital signage, but also for self-service kiosks and any other graphics-centric applications in pro AV market.
The new player will be showed at this week's Integrated Systems Europe show in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
