VER, a national AV, audio, broadcast and computer equipment rental company, will now offer ultra-thin bezel LED 55-inch LFV50 digital signage displays from display and digital signage solutions provider Panasonic, according to an announcement from Panasonic.
According to Panasonic, VER is the first rental company to offer the thin-bezel video wall displays as part of their AV rental solutions. Twenty five of these units will be on display at Panasonic's CES booth this week, showing footage highlighting the company's newest consumer televisions. Additionally, VER added a large number of Panasonic PT-DZ21K projectors to their offerings.
"In a rental and staging environment, we need displays that will be able to handle the rigorous demands of the business," said Janné Mummert, director of business development for VER, in the announcement. "We have a longstanding relationship with Panasonic so we know the company's reputation for innovative, reliable and durable AV technologies. After evaluating the LFV50 LED display, we are confident that the displays will provide our customers with a stunning and dependable seamless display solution for our clients who service corporate events, hotel AV and trade shows."
The LFV50 LED professional display features an ultra-narrow bezel for video wall installation, with a screen-to-screen distance measuring 5.3 mm when mounted bezel-to-bezel. The display also features 800 cd/m2 brightness, and users can daisy-chain the displays via DVI-D for easy digital loop-through of the video signal for up to a five-by-five video wall, and features RS232C I/O control.
