But there was plenty more of note, much with a bit of an old world feel, from British popstars prancing on digital signage to companies finally talking about their work on digital signage at the London Olympics. And Harris Digital Out-of-Home proved it was still kicking with news of its work on the London cable car line.
There was also news about c-store chain Wawa going gaga on digital signage, going all-in on rolling it out chainwide; an interesting article looking at using digital out-of-home to help "Rock the Vote" this election season; even word of digital music service Spotify taking digital signage on tour. And then there was the rolling robot on wheels toting a touchscreen digital signage interface.
