College Gametime Network, a digital signage media platform focused on the in-game experience for the collegiate sports market, recently announced the addition of four of the country's top college football programs to its roster. The Ohio State University, University of Oregon, Auburn University and Ole Miss joined more than 25 other top universities on CGN, just in time for the start of the 2012 college football season.

"With the continued emphasis on fan engagement and the need for schools to find new revenue streams, the interest in the CGN platform has never been greater," said Shawn Becket, SVP and GM of CGN, in the announcement. "We are thrilled to add these schools to the network as we continue to grow the CGN footprint nationwide."

CGN's HD digital platform integrates a sponsor's messaging with live game content on all of the in-venue digital signage display screens, "allowing them to communicate directly with the most passionate demographic in all of sports," the company said.

"As we continue to look for innovative ways to enhance the in-stadium experience for our fans, College Gametime Network delivers the perfect solution by combining interesting and relevant content with live game action on TV screens throughout the stadium," said Michael Thompson, associate athletic director at Ole Miss.
