MediaVue Systems has entered into a partnership with JBTec and Avnet Electronics Marketing, an operating group of Avnet Inc., to supply hardware to the growing digital signage market in Brazil, according to an announcement from the companies.
Under the agreement, the Avnet Embedded division of Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas will distribute mediaVue's sureVue line of digital signage Player PCs throughout Brazil, while JBTec will manage sales and support.
The partnership allows mediaVue to establish a presence in the Brazilian market by taking advantage of Avnet's extensive infrastructure and JBTec's client network while providing them the ability to deliver their customers industry-proven hardware.
JBTec CEO Bruno Gianzanti said in the announcement, "By incorporating sureVue player PCs into our networks, we are able to supply our customers with a more reliable and feature-rich SaaS offering. MediaVue's products and expertise bring added value to our company and make us more competitive in the growing digital signage market in Brazil. Within days of the introduction of mediaVue's products on our website we began receiving calls from customers asking for sureVues by name and placing orders."
