Brighter Signs Ltd, the U.K.-based digital signage company behind the TOPAZ brand, today announced the launch of the TOPAZ POS range of products to be distributed throughout Canada.
The TOPAZ lineup complements the company's large-format products currently available and offers a new solution for businesses looking for a dynamic and differentiated point-of-sale solution, the company said. Available in 10- and 24-inch models, both models feature built in stand-alone media players with everything that is needed for to be truly "plug and play" straight from the box solution, the company said. The displays feature the company's "Color Changing HalO" around the edge of the screens, which is symbolic of the brand and aimed at increasing consumer attention to retailers' messages.
The screens are aimed at retail, leisure, QSR, hospitality, gaming and a wide range of other industries. The screens show the content via an SD or CF card to display video or JPEGs and the 24-inch model can be networked using a traditional media player due to its range of monitor inputs.
John Wheating, president of TOPAZ Digital in Canada, writes in the announcement that, "in the world of large format displays, the TOPAZ 10-inch and 24-inch are perfect for companies wanting to have their messaging seen and heard but where space is at a premium."
