Net Display Systems has partnered with Philips Public Signage, AOpen, Intel Corp. and Microsoft for an extensive Digital Signage Road Show in the U.K. The kickoff is May 16-17 at the Screenmedia Expo in Earls Court in London.
The latest release of PADS4 will power the digital signage solutions showcased in a newly-refurbished Mobile Solutions Suite, according to a company press release.
PADS4 contains a user-friendly Designer for creating presentations and an intuitive Scheduler. Also, PADS4 comes with a Viewer and Server application. All applications have a Microsoft Office look and feel, making the PADS software familiar to most users.
"Using or re-using and displaying existing database and CMS information are key features of PADS4," said NDS CEO Louis Geldrop in the release. "NDS has developed a high-end digital signage solution that doesn't require recreating existing content resulting in saving time and budget costs."
The range of solutions on board of the Mobile Solutions Suite cover a wide range of applications, including touchscreen solutions for car dealerships, wayfinding solutions for hospitals and shopping centers, touch table content for corporate receptions and museums, plus a complete range of retail digital signage solutions.
After Screenmedia Expo the Mobile Solution Suite will be taking the road, visiting at least 14 other locations over five consecutive months.
