• Ky roadside signs warn of "nightly lane closures, zombies ahead" (Video)

According to WKRC TV in Cincinnati, a highway warning sign in Northern Kentucky along Interstate 71/75 was recently tampered with to warn of "zombies ahead."

Instead of merely warning passing motorists of upcoming lane closures due to construction, the signs were altered to read "nightly lane closures, zombies ahead."

One of the station's reporters went to the sign's location, but reported seeing no zombies in the area, only a construction crew that appeared "perfectly normal."

Pranksters recently pulled a similar stunt in South Carolina, but this time there was no warning of tanks.
