Reflect Systems, a provider of digital media software and services, and CE labs, a manufacturer of high-end audio and video products, today announced support for networked media appliance control in the ReflectView Digital Media Platform. The ReflectView software and CE labs media appliances enable high-quality digital media at points of promotion, including in-store media screens, digital signage, menu boards and interactive applications.
ReflectView version five now supports the CE labs MP500 Digital Media Player, including integration to deliver and play digital media content and to monitor all networked media players from anywhere via the ReflectView software suite. The CE labs media appliances are optimized for high-definition video and provide a cost-effective, reliable hardware design with low power consumption, no moving parts, a small form factor and support for wired and wireless networking. Media formats supported include MPEG2, H.264 and WMV, with support for HD playback at very high bitrates.
