Glasses-free 3D display and 3D digital signage solution provider Magnetic 3D has announced a new vendor partnership for European digital signage and kiosks with Avnet Embedded, a new division of Germany-based Avnet Electronics Marketing EMEA.
According to a press release, the new strategic agreement will offer a comprehensive glasses-free 3D digital signage solution for European companies to provide auto-stereoscopic 3D display solutions for digital signage networks. "As a supplier of full turnkey embedded systems, Avnet Embedded is an ideal partner for increasing awareness and distribution of Magnetic 3D's innovative technology," said Mats Sjöbrand, director, Northern Europe and marketing director displays, Avnet Inc. "We are eager to work with Magnetic 3D to bring the new technology to our customers across Europe so they can continue to invigorate their brands with cutting edge signage programs."
This announcement comes close on the heels of a similar announcement with regards to distribution in Australia. "We are excited about the opportunity to be working with AVNET to distribute our Enabl3D Technology," Magnetic 3D CEO and co-founder Tom Zerega said. "Avnet provides Magnetic 3D access to resellers across all of continental Europe and greater availability of Magnetic 3D products and services at a local level. We look forward to supporting new customers throughout Europe as a result of this new distributorship."
