Sunoco partners with Gas Station TV as exclusive TV partner at the pump

• 18 Mar 2010

Gas station titan Sunoco Inc. has officially partnered with Gas Station TV (GSTV), the leading digital television network at the pump, according to a release from Gas Station TV.

After a two-year pilot of the concept and program, Sunoco has inked a deal with GSTV naming it the official approved vendor to display television screens at pumps across Sunoco's 4,700 locations.

Currently, GSTV is installed at more than 100 select Sunoco stations in top markets, including New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Tampa and Pittsburgh. The corporate deal will be marked by an expansion into additional Sunoco markets in the next several months.

"We are proud to be recognized by Sunoco, a world-class gas retailer, for meeting or exceeding their very high standards of excellence during the pilot program," GSTV CEO David Leider said. "Our objective was to create a brand building platform for Sunoco and an entertaining television experience for consumers."
