Digital Display Group unveils CasinoVIEW interactive wayfinding signage solution

• 31 Oct 2008

MINNEAPOLIS — Digital Display Group (DDG), a division of Alpha Video & Audio Inc., announced the release of its CastNET CasinoVIEW interactive wayfinding solution. The optional component, created specifically for the gaming market, is the newest addition to DDG's CastNET digital signage software.

The CasinoVIEW solution combines the visual impact of digital signage with a touchscreen display. It will allow users to find the casino experience they are looking for by simply touching an on-screen map of the game floor, or by choosing from an on-screen list of games, venues and events on a gaming property.

"CastNET's CasinoVIEW is an innovative new interactive wayfinding solution that promises to give casino guests a more enjoyable and dynamic experience," said Joshua Hoffert, product manager for the Digital Display Group. "A guest who uses CasinoVIEW can easily find their favorite slot machine, table game, restaurant, music venue and more. CasinoVIEW's easy-to-use touchscreen interface allows guests to spend less time searching for their favorite activity and more time enjoying their favorite activity, therefore increasing casino revenue by helping to guide guests to where they want to be."
